Wellness Events for Your Organization

I would be honored to share my knowledge and services with your organization to support your staff, colleagues, and members with their wellness.

These are the current offerings available:

💫 Mini Reiki Sessions - I will provide approximately 15 minutes of Reiki per person to help improve and balance the energy flow within their body. A clear and balanced energy system promotes wellness on all levels: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. You can read more about Reiki and its benefits here.

I can support approximately 3 people per hour with Reiki when providing mini sessions, as this allows a few minutes for me to chat with each person as well. Mini Reiki sessions are provided with the receiver sitting in a chair.

Mini Reiki sessions can be provided as a one-time event or as a recurring event at a frequency that best supports your organization. (In-person at your location)

💫 Meditation 101 Class - This is a 1-hour class where we'll talk about what meditation is and what it is not. I'll teach an easy meditation technique and share some of my favorite tips and resources, with time for Q&A. We’ll close the class with a short, guided meditation. This class can be held on Zoom or in-person at your location.

💫 Oracle Card Readings – If you’re looking for something a little bit different, consider an oracle card reading event! Each person would receive a 1-card reading, which will provide them with the message they need to hear most in the moment.

I can support 5-6 people per hour when providing 1-card readings, as this allows a few minutes for me to chat with each person as well.  (In-person at your location)
