  • Your choice of 3 (1 hour) Distance Reiki Sessions (1 per month) OR 3 (1 hour) Personalized Healing Sessions (1 per month)

    • These sessions help remove energetic blocks and release what no longer serves you.

    • You can also mix and match these sessions throughout our time together.

  • 3 (1 hour) Mentorship sessions (1 per month)

    • These sessions allow us to talk about your goals/challenges/wins and discover what additional tools or intuitive insight I can share to support you.

  • Ongoing support via Signal during my regular business hours for the 3 months we are working together (Signal is a free, encrypted messaging app that also allows you to send voice messages)

    • Because sometimes we just need to talk things out in real time as we're working through our stuff.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Each month will be a total of 2 “hands-on” hours of working with me (1 hour for your healing session (Reiki or Personalized) and 1 hour for mentorship).

    Then each month will also include whatever additional time you dedicate to your self-care and other healing practices throughout the month. It will also include any time we spend corresponding with each other throughout the month.

  • You can pick any available day & time from my calendar that works the best for you.

  • Absolutely! As long as you are open to the process, and are open to receiving healing, it doesn't matter if you've never had a Reiki session (Distance or in-person) or a Personalized Healing Session before.

  • Absolutely! All of our sessions are virtual, so it doesn't matter where you are physically located.

  • Nope! However, if you would like to chat on the phone or have a quick Zoom video chat so we can “meet” prior to beginning your reset, we can absolutely do that!

  • Mentorship with me is a safe space where you are seen, heard, and cared for without judgment.

    It’s a place where I can offer my heart-to-heart support to help you rediscover the core of who you truly are and what you are capable of. Each session will be flexible and customized to your needs.

    And we'll do it all, together, with practical tools, intuitive tools, a bit of humor, probably some cursing, and definitely some messages from Spirit.

  • Crystals each have unique vibrations and healing properties, so they are a great addition to your self-care toolkit.

    I'll intuitively create your bracelet specifically for you. You can choose to wear it whenever it calls to you. But you can also keep it near you in your space if that feels more aligned for you.

  • Affirmations are a great tool to help us in our healing! They are positive, affirming statements that can help raise our vibration and help us declare the things we want to be, feel, think, and experience.
