If you know you’re ready for healing, but you aren’t quite sure which path or modality is right for you, a Personalized Healing Session could be exactly what you need.
This intuitive, one-on-one session meets you where you are, blending the tools, techniques, and energy work that best support your unique journey.
What is a Personalized Healing Session?
This is a 1:1 intuitive session designed to meet you exactly where you are right now.
Each session is completely unique, guided by your energy, your intentions, and the intuitive messages I receive in the moment. No two sessions are ever the same.
We'll begin with a short conversation so you can share your goals or any challenges you're facing. From there, I’ll be guided to the healing modalities that best support you. These may include:

💫Channeled messages
💫Guided meditation
Sessions are 60 minutes in-person or via Zoom, and are available for an energetic exchange of $97. You’re welcome to record the session if you’d like so you can revisit the insights and guidance shared.
Prepare for Your Session
To make the most of your Zoom session time, please find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Please create a calm, healing atmosphere for yourself: light a candle, grab your favorite crystals to join you, or play relaxing music if that helps you feel centered, grounded, and open.
You don’t have to have any previous experience with any of the modalities listed above; please just come to your session with an open heart and an open mind.

Absolutely! All of my other services are still available if you would like to book any of those.

Nope! During your session, we will be on Zoom and we will be connected on an energetic level, so we don’t need to have met in person previously in order for you to have a Personalized Healing Session with me.

I know that relaxing at home can sometimes be challenging. I deal with it myself sometimes too, as there’s always some chore that needs to be done or something that needs our attention. But your self-care is more important than the dishes, I promise. Check out this blog post for some suggestions on how to create some zen at home.

Absolutely! If your session includes some Reiki, it is a gentle healing. And the baby will also receive some Reiki during your session too!

Payment for my international friends will be via Square Invoice, which is sent to your email address. Square encrypts all of your credit/debit/bank information, so it is safe and protected (and I never see your account information). The invoice will be in USD, but your financial institution should do the conversion for you. Please check with your financial institution prior to booking if you are unsure of that.

It really is completely unique to each person and what you are working on (or working through) at any particular time.
I have clients working through some “crisis” things, so they have sessions every 1-2 weeks. Other clients like a regular monthly session for energetic “maintenance”. And some clients go longer in between sessions for a variety of reasons.
I encourage you to think of all healing modalities more as preventative tools for wellness, versus reactionary tools to “fix” things once you are in crisis mode.
To support this, my booking site allows you to book appointments up to a year in advance. So I strongly encourage you to book several sessions at a time, on a schedule that feels right for you. I know that for me, if I can establish a schedule for myself in advance, I do much better sticking with it.

As with any personal service, tipping is completely optional and entirely at your discretion. Tips are always appreciated, but never expected.
You can add a tip at the time of booking, or you can leave a tip afterwards if you feel called to do so.
